This song holds a special place in my heart. It brings me back to my senior year of high school when I first started this song. Can't deny that listening to this song makes me feel nostalgic. Now I'm almost done with my first year of college, and my heart has changed a lot (in a good way).

This song was originally inspired by a scene from Toni Morrison's "Beloved". Over time I sort of channeled it into a general "Farewell" to those that made an impact on me these past few years. So ya if you're reading this, thank you.
