Back 2 Basics (What They Say - HALISKI Dub)

Two ambient pieces I composed for days 23 and 24 of 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐴𝑅𝐶𝐻-𝐻𝐼𝑉𝐸's Archtober creative challenge-

Both of the lead pads in these pieces were made by converting aerial imagery of the Great Salt Lake from 1985 to 2022 into wavetables and then modulating them in Serum. Field recordings taken from the Great Salt Lake and Antelope Island area were used in both pieces.
