Melanie Fontana is an L.A. based Songwriter/vocalist/voiceover actor originally from Connecticut. Signed to UMPG, her break into the industry came about when Justin Bieber & the Band Perry recorded the song “Home this Christmas”, of which she was a co-writer, for Justin’s “Under the Mistletoe” album. 

Melanie has worked with many of the greats in the music industry including Ron Fair, David Foster, Meghan Trainer, Lady Antebellum, Josh Kelley, Nick & Aaron Carter & Jordan Knight. Melanie is the singing voice on Nickelodeon‘s animated series, Shimmer and Shine. 

She has written songs for many artists in the US, Norway, Korea and Japan. Melanie has performed at world famous venues including The Apollo, B.B. Kings & The Bitter End in NYC as well as L.A’s House of Blues and the Hollywood Palladium and plans to write and entertain audiences for years to come.
