Spring is coming and Back & Forth are extremely excited to deliver the first chapter from their digital only catalogue, the 'Memories EP'. Produced by Ham N Cheese (aka Chesperito & Hankat) and Emil Viril, "The Memories EP" effortlessly provides two supergrooving original cuts that are custom built for the dancefloor. The Danish based producers blend drums, chords and voices together to create two tracks with a strong club attitude, "Memories" and "The Long Goodbye". Ham N Cheese vs Emil Viril - The Long Goodbye Original Mix

Ham N' Cheese is the name of the duo formed by the Danes Jesper Prehn and Max Thelin. Together they have created a striking EP; and it is one which makes us feel proud, as We Onleh go Deeper is full of quality and good taste. 

If we look back upon our short life as a label, this may well be the most mature and solid work that we have published. We try to enjoy our music, and on this occasion we did. 

This release offers an interesting cocktail of warm and evocative rhythms. Apart from the track We, which takes you straight to the dance floor with a solid and continuous rhythm, the songs have a deep and relaxed feel. 

On this EP, we have been joined by Ernie (Minuendo Recordings) who have given us this fabulous interpretation of Onleh , with the slow and sensual touch that characterizes his style, and that has released on labels like Morris Audio. A true work of art.

HAM N CHEESE.
In 2003 the two friends Jesper Prehn (Chesperito) & Max Roden (Hankat) came to discover they were just as passionate about the process of making electronic music.
The two Danes formed the minimal techno group: Ripchord. 
Making their own sound, as one of the few electronic groups in Denmark to make and perform this style.
The two young Danes, went on to play all the Danish underground clubs, and even featured on the infamous "Secret Island-Schweden party".
In 2008 they released the Single EP "Thrill Cosby" on the minimal indie label Jato-Unit.

In 2009 Jesper and Max slowly changed their sound from the Minimal rhythms and dark themes, to the more deep, organic and fluid Tech-house. Slowing down the BPM just a little gave the guys new "air", new inspiration and little by little Ripchord was no more. A new alias for the new sound was needed. 
Hankat and Chesperito became 
HAM N CHEESE.
Since the two Danes decided to form a "new" alliance, they really picked up their pace. 

It was early 2010 when they got their first release. The 4-track Deep House EP "We Onleh Go Deeper", 
with a remix from ERNIE on the Spanish label Neovinyl Recordings. The EP got massive support from 
Jimpster, Alex Niggemann, Till Von Sein, Brothers´Vibe, Mihai Popoviciu, Uner, SIS, Uner, Coyu, Danny Tenaglia and Laurent Garnier, plus many more.
