Hampden HipSTARZ is an experimental  Neo Avant Hot Rap Jazz Bass Dubcorecore Revival project by Devon Steffens and Alex Dicken. Formed in late 2011, they wrote their first track, followed by their debut self-titled album, which has become a modern classic, enjoyed by millions across the globe. Secrets of Hampden, their sophomore LP, was released shortly after and was a commercial failure. The duo then went on hiatus until late 2012, when they began work on their third album. This third LP, titled Soundtracks for the Autistic, will be a culmination of everything they have attempted as a group in the past, as well as their attempts outside of Hampden HipSTARZ.
