Seven years ago, Japanese singer Smany shared her sweet vocal track on soundcloud, I was attracted by the purity of her voice. Recently, one day I was walking on the road and suddenly hummed the melody she sang, I immediately ran home to find the vocal track and finished the song very quickly. Finally, I wrote email to Smany saying that I suddenly remembered the song she sang seven years ago and thanked her for sharing that beautiful vocal.

Remixed the classic song "New Tenant" by Chinese female singer Faye Wong, based on the rhythm and tonality of trip hop, and added many modulations to the arrangement of the chorus, making this remix more weird than the original song atmosphere, mixed with melodious and sad emotions.

"Our Fire" originally appeared on the Cubenx album Elegiac (released November 2015 via InFiné). This new alternate version is a sonic excursion into shoegaze territory, carefully balanced between evanescent lyrics and guitar distortions. This track is a nod to Plato’s allegory of the Cave and suggests an ultimate solution : the nomadism and the dazzling of the perpetual movement. This burning new EP will be released on the 8th April and also includes remixes from Danton Eeprom, Han and Phon.O.

Han ́s remix (as heard on InFiné's #Explorer2 compilation), has been composed to include two movements. On first listen, its ethereal, organic and introspective, and then the producer from Taiwan slowly introduces a long-lasting and oppressive rise of raw electro layers to break it with a sudden final collapse. It sounds as if the powerful flame was vanishing into a cloud of ashes in a purple horizon.
