Shine a Light

As new generations develop and start out on their own adventure of life, often there are stumbles and struggles.   As parents, we rejoice with our kids when they succeed, and our heart breaks at with setbacks.  A little song for the parents who can relate, and a little message to the ones building their own story.   Stay on the path, believe in yourself, and know that you can succeed.

Gardens

After watching the show "The Social Dilemma", I was disturbed at how deeply technology is embedded in our lives, and how it is continuing to change the way we interact with each other .   Our data is captured at every turn, and is being used to fuel campaigns of hate and division.   Look deeper in your threads to know the sources, and take care not to be so far down the rabbit hole that you forget the humans right next to you that could use touch and communication.

HardRain

Nothing strikes fear into a young boy like the vision of an oversized 12 year old throwing a baseball as hard as he can from 45'.   Especially when the kid really has no idea where the ball will go once it leaves his hand.    I used to be on the hill, and I can't imagine what it was like on the receiving end.    Hopefully no lasting scars for anyone.   :0)
