This is an orchestral cover of the Select Screen from Zelda A Link to the Past. I'd never paid much attention to the Zelda music until recently. I wish I had gotten into it much earlier as there's so many good pieces of music hidden behind 8bit blips and blops. I have a 'making of' video for this piece of music that's coming as soon as I chop it up!

Zelda ALTtP - Select Screen

A (re)orchestration of the Fallout New Vegas theme, mostly made to practice with new bits and bobs and to test some things I'm working on. I stayed true to the original but added bits of my own style here and there and made it a little more action packed.

Alan Wake ReOrchestra

An arrangement of Bratja from the original Fullmetal Alchemist series. I really, really like the Brotherhood soundtrack - it's one of my all time favourites - but I think Bratja from the original is almost as good. I reorchestrated this from scratch to practice with some things and test others and hopefully kept the feel of the original while adding a little of my own style.

Fullmetal Alchemist - Bratja (Re)Orchestra

A reorchestration of the Game of Thrones theme. I made it from scratch to test some new sounds and mainly practice. Hopefully I kept the feel of the original while adding my own spin to the piece. It's definitely a lot more brassy than the original but hopefully that works okay.

Game of Thrones (Re)Orchestra

An orchestration of the Main theme from Final Fantasy IV. I wanted to experiment with a mixture of something grandiose and fanfare-y that turned into something a little more string-filled and delicate. Hopefully I kept the feeling of the piece in this remake.

On the edge of extinction

An original piece of music by Blake Robinson. A little ditty I wrote as a demo for Spitfire's Albion 3 to show that Iceni can pull off the softer side of the orchestra just as well as the loud. Everything in the piece is Albion 3, Iceni, from the Strings to the Brass to the Percussion. It's still on sale until the 4th of January over at http://spitfireaudio.com

Looking out the window

Just a little remake of Lullaby of Resembool from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood's awesome soundtrack. I've been working on a sample library recently and not had any time to compose so I figured I'd have a quick play with it. Made in roughly an hour or so from start to finish.

Didn't think I'd have to put this, but ::Disclaimer:: This is not a demo of Sable and is not made to demonstrate it's capabilities - there will be plenty of demos on the Spitfire site showing what it can do. This is simply me playing about with a new toy I helped make to recreate a piece of music I love.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood: Lullaby of Resembool (Re)Orchestra

Just a little remake of One is All, All is One from the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood soundtrack. It's mostly faithful to the original but has little bits of Blake-Spin in it. It's a bit rough around the edges but I didn't want to spend too much time on it, so this is about 45 minutes of work.
