With arrangement and production by Moscow based producer Roman Mishunin, "Rays of Mercy" is influenced by Rachel Frecka's childhood in the Southwest United States and wide ranging international experience. Modern and original worship music ("Come", "Little Child", "Reign", "Offering", "Live in Me") meets an energetic Country and Western sound in "Holy" and "Praise You".
