I am delighted to share "The Eye of the Storm" with you!

This chant came through last year, in the midst of some challenging times.

I was faced with "big waves" in a stormy season of life. 

As I took some deep breaths on a walk in the mountains, these lyrics began to sing through me:

"Holding my center, though the waves keep on coming
Staying strong through the eye of the storm.
Firm like a mountain, no matter the weather,
Staying strong through the eye of the storm.
Though rain may be coming, through the power of loving,
Staying strong through the eye of the storm.

With equanimity, I find my serenity,

I pray this song is a source of strength, courage, wisdom and inspiration for those meeting the inevitable challenges of this human journey.
