Brought to our attention by another very talented Dispatch artist, Lockjaw’s music absolutely blew us away immediately upon first play! An Australian based producer you’ll be hearing a lot more from in the future, we’re pleased to present his first outing on Dispatch LTD.

Bursting its way through with real confidence, “Pillars Of Creation” opens up the release in spectacular fashion. Flickering and teasing from the start, the drop sets off on a warpath of mechanical grunts and fierce growls. Despite such a colossal impact, Lockjaw offers the perfect breathing space, with a brilliantly crafted breakdown, oozing with serene, oriental vibes.

The next track “Vicegrip” sees an interesting take on neuro-funk, with clean and clinical drums deviating wonderfully from the dark and rumbling low end. The nucleus lies in the obscenely gritty guitar riff, which murmurs ardently beneath the track, holding all the elements together to powerful effect.

For the third track, we have “Flatline” to complete the single, as a digital exclusive. As dangerous and threatening as the title implies; robotic roars and rumbles explode into a frenzy, above a cold, thumping bass that shakes the foundations to the core, it’s one that causes nothing short of devastation on the dance floor every time it’s played.
