wow....  this is really cool!  great acoustics.  i just love the raw energy of this.

I hate weed whacker line and its attendant stringing and usage. And here you've gone and made something compelling of it. There's so much in that for me to ponder. And really, what a fine spontaneous performance and excellent sounding bathroom!

You got the rhythm pouring outta your soul Hank and I can envision this as many creative collabs.

This is magic. I shouldn't be surprised, because you made magic out of some big pipes you found on a bike ride. But still. Did you...put a peg for a fifth string on that uke?

I fixed up an old broken baritone uke and didn't have a set of strings. So I started out with a piece of weed whacker line for the 4th string. I liked the sound pretty much with that string by itself and took it into our bathroom, with its lovely natural acoustics, to record a bit.

Cheap beer and dark bars and banjos that ring...these are a few of my favorite things.
