For me, it is about marking and celebrating each shift of the season. It's about noticing and grounding ourselves. It's about stepping out of the busyness of daily life, the ridiculousness of daily life sometimes, and just going, huh, the world has changed, isn't that wonderful?

Spring at home

A question I get surprisingly regularly is how to keep on top of daily life at home; what habits I have, what do I recommend to keep the house feeling functional and calm, how to stay on top of clutter in daily life etc. because keeping on top of daily life and home stuff is closely linked to how the house looks overall, and our own happiness and calm levels. 

If things feel chaotic and disorganised, if there is a lot of mess and clutter; it’s really draining physically and emotionally.

We all deserve to have a home that fills us with happiness, that works for us, and that makes us feel really good!

So in this episode of the Fresh Nest podcast, I’m talking all things organising when it comes to your daily home life. I’m also going to share what I do in my home personally too, in the hopes that it’ll help you out too.

Finding inspiration

Let’s talk all things colour! 

I’ve been asking you what topics you’d like to see me chat about on the Fresh Nest Podcast, and I got a great query recently on one of my favourite topics: colour!

Autumn At Home

Surviving a renovation

This week's episode of the Fresh Nest podcast is all about how to create a sense of home when things feel uprooted.
