This is a poem about myself struggling with being medicated on different types of pills, because of ptsd, and bpd. I forgot and had to learn all over again, and every single word spoken in this poem is meaningful and powerful for me.

Memory Loss

This poem is about my experiences with suicide, and how i felt dealing with suicide..

I messed up on couple parts, but I wanted to upload it anyway, because it came from the heart, and soul.. 

if you are ever feeling alone, and thinking suicide, there is people out there willing to help, it starts with you. and its a long road to recovery.
