Previously appearing on Trick’s ‘Tasty Techno’ compilation as well as on Sola, SOLOTOKO, and Spinnin’ Deep, Hannah Laing returns to Patrick Topping’s label with a two-track EP of high-energy pumpers. A masterclass in hands-in-the-air floor-fillers, both tracks see Hannah Laing reach for hooky vocal samples, heavy-hitting drums, and addictive synth lines, delivering some of her most accomplished work to date.

 “I like to think of my sets as fun, bouncy Techno and ‘Get Busy’ embodies this, a classic feel-good dance vocal with peak time energy. I actually bought the original Big Bass vs Michelle Narine version from my local record shop, Groucho’s in Dundee, when I was 15! ‘Mind Controller’ has been a mainstay in my sets recently, sampling one of my favourite hardstyle vocals, it shows the darker side of what I play.
