Falling Asleep Easily (female voice)

First a relaxation and meditation sequence for 3-5 minutes.
Then a round of breathing sequence with breath holding for 10-12 minutes. 
Repeat rounds of breathing as you wish. 
The more breathing rounds and relaxation, the easier to calm, reduce stress, get rid of anxiety and depression, and to learn how to relax, improve immune system and to warm from within.
