OYE Podcast number 12 is coming from OYE customer and long time friend Ady. His podcast combines classic House music with high energy House like we know it from him. That´s a perfect mix to dance away the winter blues and all bad feelings. 

A loud mouth, a drunk, a lover, a hater, Ady Toledano brings its all to the place when he plays. Like hot lava, with a DJ career spanning multiple genres, ady will take you on a journey throughout music history and will surprise you when the timing is right :)

Hailing from Tel Aviv and based in Berlin, Ady Todelano is one of the most consistent forces on the queer scene in the German capital. Known for his long sets combining different genres and energy levels, with regular appearances in Cocktail d'Amore, Lab.Dance, RIOT, where he is a part of the collective and a resident.

He plays renowned clubs such as Renate, Berghain, Tresor, Alphabet in Tel Aviv, Good Room in New York and in the virtual world with live broadcasts like HÖR and recently at Refuge Worldwide where he has joined forces with Geoffrey LaRue to create a Time Machine.

Recent gigs include notable venues like KitKatClub (Berlin), VIRGO (New York), and TivoliVredenburg (Utrecht). AUTOFLOWERs releases have also garnered support from major artists and venues worldwide. He has previously worked with KIA on several releases such as Higher, Sundance and Sol.

What a Playground is a platform run by @lenabrecht aiming to feature emerging artists who share her passion for various facets of House music. A space of warm tunes, soft vibes, energetic melodies and new encounters. 

What a Playground aims to create an open and safer space for especially FLINTA* and BIPoC artists, encouraging them to play first sets to an appreciative, curious and diverse crowd. Curating DIY gatherings since summer 2022, the format is not only about creating pleasure and joy, but also about caring for each other. During each gathering we invite everybody to support a trusted organization whose work helps underrepresented people.

Here on SoundCloud sets from our community will be shared. Furthermore, this accounts aims to push the visibility of FLINTA* and BIPoC producers/artists.

What a Playground was co-initiated by @josi_ane who's focussing on different projects since August 2024. Thanks for sharing your energy, time and passion with us.
