Where I Belong kicks off with a spacey intro track, made up of swirling atmospheric effects. Followed up by some signature Bouffmyhre style tracks Remaining & Sanction which have pounding beats, hypnotic synth lines and growing tension throughout. 'Fourteen' & 'Bring It Back' offer a more staggered, broken beat feel, while 'The Chase' & 'Comatose' offer something different with infectious chords and grooves. Overall it's an essential collection of techno tracks, by one of the UK's most promising producers.

Soma welcome back stalwart Mark Reeve for the first in a two part series that sees his classic track Dice given the 2014 update work. Dice stormed on to the techno scene almost 2 years ago and was one that helped propel Mark into the limelight. He has since gone on to record for Cocoon, Drumcode and of course Soma since then, all big room smashers. 

Who best to open these reworks than Mark himself. While staying true to what made the original such a hit, Mark has actually managed to make this track even BIGGER. Heavy subs and a thumping kick drive this even more as the quirky vocal cut chops through the groovy percussion.

Swedish duo Manic Brothers step with their interpretation of Dice and easily make this own. They hit the dance floor with all guns blazing as a thunderous groove pile-drives home and one almighty break gives this version real power. 

This is big room Techno at its baddest!

"The name Hans Bouffmyhre was born in the summer of 2006, when a group of friends decided to start their own techno night in a dark basement in Paisley, Scotland. The first night was a massive success and the rest is now history. 15 years later Hans Bouffmyhre is an established artist within the worldwide techno scene. Having released music on some of the worlds most esteemed techno labels like Soma Records, Electric Deluxe, Perc Trax, Suara and others. Meanwhile his own label Sleaze Records goes from strength to strength, firmly stapled as one of the best techno labels in the UK.

Hans has been lucky enough to play regular DJ sets at some of the biggest and most well known clubs in the world, from the infamous Berghain in Berlin, to Melkweg in Amsterdam, Rex Club in Paris, Sub Club in Glasgow amongst many others. He is known for bringing a raw, hypnotic and energetic style. Still only in his mid 30’s and with already so much experience as a DJ, producer, label manager and party organiser, the future looks bright for Hans Bouffmyhre."
