Portuguese based Nørbak returns to Soma with his second single for the label, the Myelination EP. Nørbak is quickly making a name for himself in the global scene and has just complete his debut album to much critical acclaim. The young producer has built a wealth of knowledge on sound design and is Cleary represented in his music which is deep and rich in sonic experiments whilst retaining dancefloor focus. This latest EP has Spanish Techno maestro Oscar Mulero & fellow Portuguese talent Lewis Fautzi, deliver two fantastic remixes that perfectly compliment the originals. 

Nørbak’s ‘Myelination’ starts the EP with driving percussive elements that propel the track from the opening. Swamped with light & ethereal FX, dark and droning sounds take the track down a ominous path. Lewis Fautzi steps up next with his remix of Myelination A more minimalistic interpretation he manages to continue the dark and direct momentum of the original. On the flip, Mirante rattle hards with steady and precise percussion, bolted together with heavy rolling kicks and sub and a perfectly muted rhythm throughout. Techno don Oscar Mulero closes the EP with his version of Mirante. He immediately ups the ante with driving 909 beats and huge atmospheric FX that guide the rhythms. Mulero always on point with his signature sound design and techno aesthetic.

Michal's passion for techno music started playing with vinyls. The heavy sounds extracted from the black plastic disc inspired him to do more, to go a step further and create his own music. Since then he experimented with a lot of genres of electronic music, to find his own path. He sought inspiration in crowded cities and the correlation of nature with industrialized society. Today, his performances are consisting entirely of the original productions, where you will find a rich mixture of dense industrial atmosphere, off beats sounds and dub techno elements driven by energetic kick.
2017 was a really productive year for Michał since he released three EPs: 'Synister Mistery' EP on Animal Farm, 'Chimaera' EP Secret Keywords, and 'Outer Heaven' EP on Newrhythmic records.
Michal Jablonski's career is growing very fast and has been given a lot of recognition to by being invited to perform at many famed clubs not only in Europe Tresor Berlin, Griessmuehle, Arena Club or Gare Porto but also in Georgian KHIDI.
This podcast is very unusual because it's Michal's first recorded DJ set ever which contains tracks from big names in such as: Headless Horseman, Tommy Four Seven, Oscar Mulero (oficial), VSK, Reeko, and Bas Mooy.

"The name Hans Bouffmyhre was born in the summer of 2006, when a group of friends decided to start their own techno night in a dark basement in Paisley, Scotland. The first night was a massive success and the rest is now history. 15 years later Hans Bouffmyhre is an established artist within the worldwide techno scene. Having released music on some of the worlds most esteemed techno labels like Soma Records, Electric Deluxe, Perc Trax, Suara and others. Meanwhile his own label Sleaze Records goes from strength to strength, firmly stapled as one of the best techno labels in the UK.

Hans has been lucky enough to play regular DJ sets at some of the biggest and most well known clubs in the world, from the infamous Berghain in Berlin, to Melkweg in Amsterdam, Rex Club in Paris, Sub Club in Glasgow amongst many others. He is known for bringing a raw, hypnotic and energetic style. Still only in his mid 30’s and with already so much experience as a DJ, producer, label manager and party organiser, the future looks bright for Hans Bouffmyhre."
