Harley Streten aka Flume is the electronic dreamboat with a big following and even bigger skillset. The epic Deluxe Edition of the Aussie producer's self-titled debut is due to drop on 12th November, with a physical version following on 9th December via Transgressive Records.

The second night of HARD Summer 2015, Ty told me he wanted to go back in the studio. He could only do it the next day, So, I went down to his house with Waxy and he just started singing, ‘I’m for real’ ‘I’m for real’ over this beat we had written. I had already spoken to Makonnen about the track, so Ty shouted him out. Makonnen then returned the favor. After we got all the vocals back we were like dam we need to make this track the best it can be. We went back in and re-worked the entire thing. Wax brought in his homie Stylaz Fuego to make it even tighter and 6 months later bang here we go.  G-House 2.0

today we bring you a song that will really take you back with a vintage/retro feel. the track is called "Ziggy", by Fourge, an artist who usually has his focus on heavier neuro styles, but he is experimenting with new styles and we love what he is doing.

this song is special for many reasons, but one of those reasons is that, it has a lot off complex things going on within the production, but manages to pull of a smooth simple sound. the flavors of jazz are strong and the mood is really a unique mixture of sounds from the 80's and sounds from the future.

we are looking forward to hearing Fourge do more stuff like this! give him a follow and keep up with his musical creations :)

The ominous producer Whynnel hailing from Slovenia is back with a new EP for listeners to dive into. Omnipresence is an obscure adventure riddled in quirky glitches and distorted compositions. In this EP, Whynnel explores his range in sound by exhibiting his cryptic tastes and unconventional melodies to ironically unveil something beautiful in the darkness. 

"The sound follows my usual distortion driven songs, with "You Knew" being on the softer side of the distortion spectrum with the addition of live guitars that I did for the first time. I want listeners to feel like they are disappearing through the music only to be left as observers.” - Whynnel

Respected producer, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Elderbrook is set to round off the summer with his biggest body of original work to date; the 7 track ‘Talking’ EP, due for release on the 1st September on Kobalt. 

The deluxe EP is a culmination of the many styles that have influenced Alexander Kotz over the course of his career. Moving through various moods and subgenres, it still contains his inimitable vocals and overarching sense of feeling that have come to characterise the Elderbrook sound. 

The first single to come from the full-length production, ‘Woman’, is here! The laid back pace is matched with pitched-down chopped vocals, contrasting with the wistful lyrics. It’s produced by Craven J, but exemplifies Kotz’s unique approach to being a singer and a producer; “phonetics are as important as lyrics. My voice adds another percussive element to the sounds.”
