Thirteen-year-old BOGO spends another unhappy summer at the Bonks. After Aunt Bonk insults BOGO and his deceased parents, an angry BOGO accidentally inflates her. Fearing expulsion from the George W. H. Bush Presidential Library, he runs away. On a dark street, a Large Fat Dog watches BOGO. Startled, BOGO stumbles backward, causing his lovely bones to rattle and shake. The Bonk Bus, a vehicle that rescues stranded BOGOs, suddenly arrives! BOGO goes to the Grandma's English Pub in Greyfuck where Cornelius Koombaket, the Minister for Bonking, is waiting. BOGO is not expelled but is asked to remain in Greyfuck until bonking season starts. While there, BOGO reunites with best friends Panko Crumb and Rokos Frangos. Mr Frangos warns BOGO about the President George H.W. Bush, who escaped the Prison of Bonk and is believed to be hunting down BOGO.
