HAPTIC PRESENTS - BERNA

Born and raised in Gran Canaria, Berna has become a key figure in the island’s electronic music scene over the past 15 years, holding residencies at Velvet, Rebel, and Mood. Known for his sophisticated and dynamic sets, Berna blends timeless house with micro, acid, and breakbeat influences.

As both a DJ and producer, his work includes remixes for the Warm Keys and Reverse EPs, as well as his own Dipstick EP. In 2008, he co-founded Underyourseat with Javier Carballo, a label and event agency that has brought international DJs to the island and supported its local scene.

Since 2017, Berna has expanded his reach, playing in cities like Barcelona, London, and Berlin. He continues to explore new sounds and experiences while solidifying his presence in the underground music world.

In this mix, Berna takes the dancefloor to new heights, showcasing the true art of DJing in Haptic Presents 003.

Together, they delivered a masterclass in dynamic heat and impeccable mixing, effortlessly blending flavors from both sides to keep the crowd captivated. This thrilling set captured the essence of deep, rolling minimal and techy beats, and now you can relive it through this amazing live recording—perfect for anyone craving that immersive sound.

Sergio Martinez, also known as Maper, is an artist from Valencia, Spain, who moved to London in 2019. Now based in Brighton, he’s a prominent figure in the city’s underground dance scene. He regularly performs at venues across town, including the renowned Patterns for Alter Hour, and recently took over Room 3 at the iconic London nightclub Fabric for C.A.Y.A.

Sergio keeps the house music movement alive, adding a dynamic twist to Brighton’s ever-evolving soundscape.

He’s a great friend of ours—a true caballero and a brilliant selector. Here, he presents us with a fantastic hour of music guaranteed to get you grooving. This set is all or nothing: deep, rolling, and packing a punch. Listen back and enjoy!

Lloyd has always been ahead of the game with his music selection, consistently delivering quality dance events under his label, Minimo Records. He’s helped lay a solid foundation and spark a vibrant movement on the South Coast of England.

In our eyes, he’s definitely played a key role in shaping much of what we’ve got going on within our powerful collective of music lovers across Worthing and Brighton—bringing us exceptional releases from artists around the globe. He always finds that perfect balance of something fresh, current, and exclusive for Minimo, with a constant eye on what’s next.
