Nesstor is a newcoming artist from Munich, delivering a solid 4-track EP including 2 Remixes by Jan Oberlaender and Rafner on April the 30th on his homelabel NachtEin.TagAus. 

This track tries to capture the duality of the world and the soul. Starting off rather bouncy and a little lighter on the mood, it turns into a deep and melancholic track which is heavily accompanied by dark percussions, reflecting opposite states of minds. A western style guitar played by Julia Moon is being introduced in the break, which builds up to a resolution in the end, where the ambivalent elements play alongside with each other.

Nesstor discovered his love for electronic music at an early age. As the son of a family of artists, he has been in constant contact with alternative lifestyles and creative activities and is producing music since his early youth. With these passions he then founded a creative collective in Munich in 2016, which organizes and designs colorful events and immersive festival stages. With his preferences for deep / melodic techno and progressive house, he is responsible for the darker influences at NachtEin.TagAus.

His music is characterized by a spherical, cinematic and emotional ambience, storytelling leads and deep bass lines, combined with detailed percussions and acoustic elements, weaved together in progressive, dancefloor oriented arrangements.Our producing talent „Nesstor“ is known for his ear for details and delivers great deep music that for sure will find its way around the world, ready to heal.

The first song is a collaboration with Ely Janoville in the acoustic guitar. He is a very good friend of mine who lives in Brasilia, my hometown.

The second song is a pun based on "Maculelê", which is a dance of Afro-Brazilian origin, from the state of Bahia, Brazil. The Maculelê is a form of theatrical and musical expression that is still used in some parts of the country, especially in Quilombola communities, where knowledge is passed from generation to generation to preserve its traditional characteristics.”

The latest release by the Mexican avant-garde label Akumandra is founder Sainte Vie’s three track auditive voyage: From Desolate Places and Forgotten Times. Going beyond previous experimentation with sound assemblage and sampling from non-western musical traditions, Sainte Vie crafts his signature mesmerizing soundscapes by combining dreamlike synth textures, monumental drops and vibrant melodies that feel deeply melancholic. Insistent arpeggios and expansive build ups bind the tracks together in an ebb and flow of dynamic energy.

High Seas 
Overlaid synth patterns, like waves, propel us into a mixed-percussion drop that settles on a harmonic calm before another surge of synth arpeggios drive us farther along into the thrilling sensation of voyage.

Whale
Disembodied vocals, like cetaceans communicating, echo each other, creating a ghostly undercurrent to the vigorous percussion and futuristic synth arpeggios.

Backed by an eerie melody and punctuated by a lead-heavy bass drum, a deep, guttural voice plunges us into the dark flow of time.
