Hey y'all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally finished the remix!!!!!!!!!!! it was really fun to make and i spent forever on it trying to make it sound good, and i am very proud of it. the ending feels a little rushed, but i had to finish it some way. Also im most likely going to not share my flp files for my remixes anymore. It's nothing against you all or the creators, but i feel like i shouldn't really. So for now on i am only going to share my flps for original songs, which i am going to start doing.

The first of many songs I'm remaking officially for the original Duke week. I wanted to remake them in the sense of giving back to people and letting them do whatever without much limitation outside of being respectful overall. 

Breakout was quite fun to work on in all honesty, I wanted to have a mixture of the old breakout with the new one that was from II v2. I think I nailed the styles perfectly in my eyes.

I don't think this will ever live up to SE:H at all, but I do want to have some justice of SE v1 and have some aspects/elements of v2 mixed in. I think with the instrumental I did well with providing that overall.

My god, this I have a lot to say about.

I'm gonna be completely blunt, I wanted to do a remake of Found You for awhile now (as clearly seen by channels reuploading my WIPs, thanks archive bros) and I finally hit the idea I wanted for awhile now, and struck a good balance with it.

I took some time to study Sonic CDs' music theory with the help of Alex Yard's videos on the games theory, amongst taking time to learn how to go about using more mixed scales with this song. This song uses A Minor Pentatonic for the basis, while the vocal sections are mainly composed within a C Major Pentatonic. I went wild overall with this and overall had a fun time working on this song as a whole!

I think the ideas here are done well too, amongst the new approach to having a more CD-esque sound/feel towards the entire thing too. I personally think this beats the original song by a mile, and as such too it fits NormalCD more than his original version of Found You.

I hope you enjoy this, I had a lot of fun/creative liberties when making this, and overall had a great time making this!
