This fifth EP in the Steve Rachmad re-issue series contains a colorful combination of three tracks from different releases. Side A brings the sought after track 'Teknitron', originally released on his 3rd EP, originally released under his short-lived alias Black Scorpion back in 1995. 'Transpose' is taken from his first Sterac EP from 1994, while the last tracks 'Alastria' comes from his second album Thera, originally released in 1998. All tracks are re-mastered of course.

Steve Rachmad’s richly melodic strain of techno has resulted in a huge body of work he has been growing since the early 90s. His sound is the perfect distillation of machine soul – dubby atmospherics and crisp, danceable dynamics balanced in perfect unison. Amsterdam’s Delsin Records gathers together some of the Dutch techno figurehead’s most important, sought-after works in a new EP series, all remastered from the original DAT tapes from Steve’s archives. Our 10th sonic transmission roams into housier territory with 2 expertly crafted pieces of primal but soulful electronic music. It combines the familiar tones of our 303 supremo Acidulant with those of a new addition to our family.

Alexander Koning has enjoyed a long and distinguished career both as a recording artist and a DJ, with an extensive back catalogue of releases appearing on distinguished labels like Global Underground, Pacha, Bellboy, Circle and Subliminal as well as on his own imprint Percep-tion alongside a host of quality artists. With 'Attend the Tension' he brings us a track where soothing toms and crisp tribal percussion merge to create a minimalist groove that will free your mind and put a smile on your face.

It's been a period of big productivity for Acidulant, between sharing a vinyl EP with Hardfloor, taking his live techno sounds to crowds across Europe and producing a number of quality releases, amongst them the unforgettable 'Stairways' on Tribal Pulse last Winter. With 'Kraknak' he delivers a funk-driven beast with warping tb-303 flowing over a moving bassline and hypnotic drum patterns.

Following his acclaimed ‘Montreal’ EP on R&S Records last year, Benjamin Damage returns to the lauded Belgian imprint to offer up a new, breakneck and studious two-tracker 'Malfunction/Binary’.

The stellar release was created while the UK techno stalwart was traveling between London and Berlin, following recent live shows at Berghain and Oval Space. “Being on tour with all my gear I find it quite easy to work in new places,” he explains. “I like the energy of different cities and its good to keep moving.”
