ÉTAPE 1
Enlevez les feuilles, les barbes et les tiges des épis de maïs.

ÉTAPE 2
Faites bouillir de l'eau salée dans une grande casserole puis, dès qu'elle bout, plongez-y les épis et laissez cuire pendant 10 à 15 min.

ÉTAPE 3
Égouttez les épis et laissez sécher 5 min.

ÉTAPE 4
Badigeonnez les épis de beurre salé fondu puis faites-les griller soit au four pendant 30 min, soit au barbecue pendant 10 à 15 min. Retournez-les de temps en temps pour qu'ils ne brûlent pas et arrosez de beurre.

ÉTAPE 5
Vérifiez qu'ils sont cuits en les piquant avec une pointe de couteau.

ÉTAPE 6
Servez avec, sur le côté, du beurre, du sel et du poivre.

Milan based collective Just This are proud to present the 'Absolute Infinity EP', a joint release from Netherlands-based producers Sinfol and Octual. Featured in this package are two remixes from Gerd Janson prescribing a heavy dose of acid. Title track is a stripped back groove with a looping synth lead that wanders through ricocheting drums. For his first remix Gerd muffles the framework of the original, making room for a floating melody and warm lead, whilst the 'Acid Only' version takes the components of the original and throws them into a bath full of acid. Closing off the EP is 'Wire', a moody dancefloor cut for the after-hours.

There was a strange flash which appeared in the mist up above as the night sky burnt a fragrant orange glow in the heat of the morning. It were as if some vast, sprawling supervoid had opened up to cause doom and disgrace to humanity which lived down below. A beast had awoken in the sky and there was a mysterious sense of warmth which hung with ominous presence in the air. This might be what hell felt like to those stuck beneath but whilst lost in this beautiful dream he was in heaven...
