Just right with the kick-off of this year´s summer season, Milk & Sugar start promoting their new single „Canto Del Pilón“ – a world music influenced summer track that stands out for his own. 

This new single is a cooperation with venezuelan singer María Marquéz, who is a great star in Spanish Speaking Middle- and South America since the late 60ies. „Canto Del Pilón“ is a black workers song about the colonial history of South America.

Remixes are coming from Berlin mastermind Taan Newjam, Italy's very own Simone Vitullo, Déepalma honcho Yves Murasca and chillout legend Afterlife.

They have also collaborated with several artists, converging different musical traditions with Noori (Pakistan), Arshad Khan (Indian classical Israj player), Thu Le (Western classical guitarist, Vietnam), Trilok Gurtu (Percussionist), Fakhruddin Gaffari (Percussionist, Iran) and Earthstage (Chillout jazz band, Goa) are some of their recent collaborations.

Their motto is to leave behind cultural, religious, caste and creed divides, and transform oneself with a new discipline called music.
