My remix of the track Boy Oh Boy from the game Lisa. 

I actually spent a long time debating on if I was actually going to eventually remix a Lisa track or not since I think it's perfect as it is, but at least for this track, which is one of my favorites, I thought of a way to reimagine it in a bouncier, far less thematically accurate version than the original :P

Boy Oh Boy (Remix)

My remix of Tobu's original track Colors. I worked on this as sort of a gift project for my friend who loves Tobu's work, and this is one of my favorite tracks from him. It's been in the works since around February of this year and I knew I wanted to get it out at least around June. 

I tried to give it the sort of dense melodic energy I really love in this genre and also incorporated some videogame aesthetic elements that have begun to grow on me. Enjoy!

"As she stared down at her moonlit reflection, she couldn't help but hate the faery staring back at her. "Am I really the last one?" she thought to herself out loud. "Why did it have to be me?" Suddenly, she noticed another light source, small and yellow, but very bright. A lightning bug, perhaps? No, too distant to be that bright. Squinting, she swore she saw that the source of the light seemed to be an old woman, arms open as if to embrace her. So familiar, almost as if she had been there all along. Now, a smile on her face, the little faery's doubts were completely gone; She had never been alone."
