The way I see is like.. limited amount of brain juice. Taken up by decisions. You only change when juice is available. Brain likes a challenge. Is it working on useless mental exercises? Busy busy with boring stuff. Can’t persuade someone in to something it isn’t their time for. It’s like learning to fly.
