What an amazing experience it was to have the opportunity to play my first gig in the bush after and before two of my best friends Twitch and Crøwhurst. 30 seconds before my first track my USB did not respond to the decks and I had to wing it with my poorly synced back up USB, even though this threw me off guard it was still one of my most pleasurable gigs to date. I threw down some of my favourite artists, Merkaba, Kromagon, Kliment and Pspiralife to name a few. Thank you Alien Welcoming Committee for having me, can't wait for next year. ORCA,x

Regeneration was special event and a topic close to everyones heart - the bushfires that have devastated Australia recently.
I offered my time and was invited by a good friend to come share some tunes for the fundraiser with all the donations going towards The First Nations communities that have been directly affected by the fires. I had the pleasure of dropping some delicious beats by some of my favourite producers Dark Design, EEEMUS, Doppel, MNGRM, Electrypnose, Jedidiah and Sean Grimes to name a few <3

REGENERATION

Just got back from Esoteric and had the most amazing weekend. I was feeling so inspired by all of the artists, the sounds, the vibes, the people and jumped straight into it and recorded this mix! I played around with some old bangers and some new ones. I am so proud of this set and wanted to get it out there to share it will you all. Its dark and juicy and with this collection of fat sounds Im sure it will leave you wanting more. (Had an issue with a the last track which ended unexpectedly and a few moments of off beats and one transition that could have been smoother) but you know what? FUCK IT! My mixing had improved so fucking much in a short year and now with over 4000 plays on my Soundcloud in under year, I am so damn proud of myself and excited to share more and more with you despite the small fuck ups, we are only human and I am learning everyday. Happy for feedback and if any Melbourne DJs wanna come around and share our love of music, some mixing tips and filthy bangers, I am so down for it! MUSIC IS ALL ABOUT THE LOVE. ORCA is a some what of a techno connoisseur, proficient in the craft and very well known for tying a room together with her signature heavy sound; dripping with dark and psychedelic atmospheres. She's bold, brave and unique in her approach to finding music, ORCA has a wide range of influences and intricately weaves a new story with each performance.
Devilishly dark and always a little naughty, ORCA is well known for her delectable taste - Her playful sets and attention to detail has seen her support Twisted Sibling, Sumiruna, Hypnagog, Grouch, Terrafractyl, Gumnut, Kromagon, MELT, Triforce, Fabio Leal, Freedom Fighters, Ryanosaurus and a slew of her favourite locals. 
Alongside some rather memorable performances at Elements, Initiation, Burning Seed, Collective Delusion, Defragments, Crunchy Town, Paradox and all of her favourite institutions, she was recently invited to curate guest mixes for El Orden Secreto (Guatemala), Porridge Warehouse (London), End of Now (AUS), Red Moon Tribe (AUS), Sisters of Sound (AUS), Creatures (AUS), Requiem (AUS), Proxima Frequencies (AUS) and multiple online appearances for COVID ROOM (Italy).
