Mic were as follows: Mains (Schoeps MK2H), US pair (Schoeps MK5 in omni), Outer pair (Schoeps MK2), Hall (Schoeps MK3).  

The US pair was time aligned to the Mains.  No reverb was added, just the sound of the hall.
