The world is made up of neon lights.  It is a luster that attracts the dreamers, the hopeful, the vibrant, and the believers.  Yet, that's just what the world is; Luster.  There is no sustenance, nothing to keep you satisfied.  We will continue roaming this planet in search of dreams until we die.  

I choose to make my own dream.  I choose to make my own reality.  Neon lights are beautiful, but I will not worship a false god.

Death in Awe  V.1 (ft. Austin Tyl3r)

Harmony's Descent finally brings you the first piece incorporating Wesley Dinwiddie, (a.k.a. Austin Tyl3r) a new member and partner of the group who wrote, performed, and brought to life the guitars in the track.  Mike Ziegler (Centrist) created the orchestral work you hear, while Ryan Wilcox (Nightwolf) brought everything together and turned it into a dubby orchestral metal monster.

I would tell you to sit back and relax, but the intensity of this chair-gripping beast is going to make you stand right back up again.

There seems to be a lack of emotion; What causes expression and the whole reason people ever started making art.  To feel something is a beautiful thing.  We seem to be running out of reasons to feel anything anymore.

Legacy (Centrist + Nightwolf)

I think most people can agree that a lot of popular music in this day and age has lost it's sense of emotion. As a muse for your imagination, Centrist (Mike Ziegler) + Night Wolf (Ryan Wilcox) takes you on an adventure beyond simple delights; This time under one roof called Harmony's Descent. Each and every compositional journey relates to all aspects of life: Anguish, Pain, Loss, and even the more light side of things such as Happiness, Appreciation, and Love. All of these strong emotions and feelings each and every one of us can relate to, which is how Harmony's Descent captures and motivates their listeners to create their own meanings to each track.

Mike Ziegler does not have one specific genre, instead he claims ground to many different influences and styles, but brings them back together for a fusion of Metal, Classical, and Techno in a Cinematic form that will leave you in awe wanting more. In a collaborative effort, Mike joined with Ryan Wilcox and progressively started creating something even more powerful than what was possible with a single mind. They began producing Cinematic Dubstep, which is Orchestral Soundtrack music that contains all the emotion and sensitivity, with the raw, unforgiving ferocity of Dubstep and Electronic music combined.

Currently Budapest based, Ryan Wilcox; ‘Night Wolf’, a Luton native producing cinematic and mature electronic music. His musical heritage begins with straight up rock ‘n’ roll, but he rapidly moved to the heavier side of things in the genre. This is a frequent move for Lutonian’s due to the bustling Screamo scene in London’s most Hardcore satellite town. Ryan began playing in bands in the area, using the drumming skills and piano grades that he learnt at an early age.   He began experimenting more with music, trying his talented hand at other genres and styles. This culminated in rapping with Dub FX, and eventually remixing tracks with his partner in crime Centrist (Mike). Their remixes are visceral and accurate. Rather than ruining a perfectly good track – as some artists accidentally do – Ryan and Mike have a level of understanding which improves them for the listener and, most importantly, offers a different take on the composition.

The body of water and numerous miles between them is no issue to these two; their skills can seemingly overcome any obstacle. Harmony's Decent's tracks now feature a well-balanced composition of smooth and steady baselines and perfectly chosen orchestral elements, culminating in their own brand of ‘cinematic’ Dubstep and any other style they chose to play with. Not the sort of wobbly stuff you might be thinking of either, but rather vibrant and full bodied numbers that please the ears, Especially so when driven by the desire to “make real music with emotion.”

Harmony's Descent is a duo who can do things with the genre they are working on, first and foremost restoring its integrity. Keep an eye on their productions.
