I wanted to take some time out to give my thoughts on self limiting beliefs. I go into detail about how they have affected me and how I was able to overcome them. This is a more serious podcast of how I am seeing it affect other people for the worse and I wanted to give some of my thoughts on how to overcome them. I give examples of how I was able to overcome it with different methods and being able to get over them has helped me immensely.
