@Nole is a clear figure of the Madrid underground scene, leading Barro Records label where is more techno/Ebm industrial sounds can be identified and without forgetting that he is a resident of the Stardust Club in Madrid. In our opinion, he is one of the best DJs in Madrid in this style. Today he has recorded for us a super elegant mix for italo moderni and with a lot of influence between EBM and Electro, with a great club punch and above all with a unique style that's makes Nole unique in that scene. Ce mois-ci, Les Disques du Lobby nous présentent l’artiste queer berlinois, ELECTROSEXUAL. Entre Dark Disco, Acid, Synth Wave et House, voilà un mix qui va faire grimper la température. Un mix que le DJ souhaite dédier à la figure de la nuit berlinoise, l’artiste, musicienne et performeuse d’origine vénézuélienne, Aérea Negrot, récemment disparue.

Electrosexual is the creation of Romain Frequency — the french, Berlin-based music producer and DJ — as well as a vehicle for them to explore gender, art, technology, and alternative sexualities through auditory signals. 

Rooted in queer politics and aesthetics, their music is influenced by synthy acid-house, EBM-tinged techno, Italo disco-flecked electro and dark-disko.

Producing, mixing, and touring for over a decade, the fiercely independent artist has collaborated with the likes of Hard Ton, Aerea Negrot, and Peaches, and performed remixing duties for electronic music legends Ssion, Billie Ray Martin, and David Carretta.

Elextrosexual played an absolut mesmerizing, powerful and very sexy set at our last Garry Klein Birthday party and we are very excited to welcome them to our mix series!

It is a blend of Queer house and cunty ecstatic italotronic sounds. I also included some of my favourite new releases from talented friends who make amazing music like Shero, Sylvio B and Mala Ika. Electrosexual is an alias of French producer and veteran of the Berlin scene, Romain Frequency, created as a vehicle for further exploration of art, technology, gender, and sexuality. 

Romain is also the head honcho of the long standing Rock Machine Records, releasing music since 2005, with the latest as a self release from Romain himself at the end of last year.

His mix for us is an absolute arpathon, flecked with Italo, Acid and Berlin Techno stylistics throughout, perfect for the real space cadets amongst you.
