i have written a program that reads in short clips of specified audio files, which then concatenates these 'snippets' into one long track - outputted as a WAV file.

the position where the clip is taken from is half way through the clip's original track.

the length of each clip is determined by the order in which it appears in the playlist. the playlist is in a rough order of when i first listened to / 'got into' the songs. so, the clips get longer as the track progresses. 

this could reflect how fresh each song is in my mind.
