I don’t feel in control of my destiny, I am restricted by responsibility for others.  And after a day of over exposure to the News, and all the bad things in the world that are happening, or might be happening, I felt low.  

So I wrote this piece of music.  I felt intense and sad, I wanted to see what music would flow from me.
