Something by The Shadows? Can't remember the title.

Wistful and hopeful despite the title,  this piece was inspired by the phrase "I don't want to be dead" uttered by the composer's young son.

The piece is a hauntingly beautiful classical composition that intertwines piano and violin melodies to create a deeply emotive and atmospheric piece of music.

Esta canción está inspirada en María Fauro, la señora que limpiaba en la empresa  donde yo trabajaba y de la que tengo un entrañable recuerdo por su bondad y su coraje. Está dedicada a ella y, por extensión, a todas las mujeres de la limpieza, porque creo que no se valora su trabajo como se debería.

Hemos grabado dos versiones: en la de Carmen París se siente la fuerza y el coraje, mientras  que en la de Ana López Lorente destaca el cariño y la ternura. Y las dos están repletas de una entrega y sensibilidad que consiguen emocionar. Destacar, además, el piano de José Mª Berdejo, el chelo de Pablo Baleta, las guitarras de Nacho Abril y los “polvos mágicos” del ingeniero de sonido Juan Miguel Sánchez, del estudio de grabación Sin/Con Pasiones.

‘Dance Into The Light’ is a song by English drummer and singer-songwriter Phil Collins, released on 21 October 1996, in the United Kingdom by ‘Face Value Records’.

‘I'm on Fire’ is a single by the band ‘5000 Volts’ and peaked at number 5 in Australia and was the 55th biggest selling single in Australia in 1976.

‘Runaway (New Ver.)’ is a number-one Billboard Hot 100 song made famous by Del Shannon in 1961. It was written by Shannon and keyboardist Max Crook and became a major international hit. 

‘Runaround Sue’ is a rock and roll song, originally a US No. 1 Hot 100 hit (No. 4 on the Hot R&B chart) for the singer Dion during 1961.

‘Down By The Lazy River’ is a song written by Alan and Merrill Osmond and performed by The Osmonds. It was released on January 15, 1972 and appeared on the band's 1972 album, ‘Phase III’. 

‘Calendar Song’ is a song by ‘Bony M’ which was released in 1979 on their Album ‘Oceans of Fantasy’. 

‘You Can Get It If You Really Want’ is a reggae song written and originally recorded by Jamaican singer songwriter Jimmy Cliff and released as a single in July 1970.

"Massive space dub" may not be a genre, but when Bjarne coined the phrase the rest of the band knew what he meant. 

The band had just finished "Countless" and were playing it back on the studio monitors, their heads nodding in unison to a tune that owed its roots to Jamaica with Bjarne's dub plate bass lines and Matthias' reverb heavy drums but also owed a debt to Jussi's guitars and Mike's keyboards.

The 7th track on the band's new album, "Countless" was made start to finish in less than 48 hours and takes post rock forward into dub territory.
