First off, thank you to everyone who tuned into Soulection Radio live yesterday. We had so many listeners that Kbeach's servers went down. Sorry about that! We are working on it. For this week's special guest if you want to talk about pioneers in the game Mr. Choc is one of them. One of our favorite DJ's who's talent and accomplishments are not to be overlooked. Representing the world famous Beat Junkies crew and Skam Artists, the crew was blessed to have this man come by Kbeach and hit us with a set and great interview session. The thing we admire the most about Choc is that he has his ears close to the new generation of music and understands the culture. He threw down a really diverse set and kept us on our toes. Joe Kay was on his soulful chop vibe and has really been digging back into the classic neo-soul/boombap sound. Make sure you really pay attention to the interview at the end. We've got a brand new episode of Spectrum Radio this week and joining us for the guest mix is Phuket based producer and DJ, Q Narongwate.

The man behind the label Balloom Records has over 20 years of experience playing on the island of Phuket and has become a staple name for Soulful house music over the years. He's gained recognition from the likes of Louie Vega & OPOLOPOs and has played alongside DJ Spen & Jamie 3:26 to name a few.

Roshan will be hosting the first 30 minutes of the show with tracks from DJ Fudge, Quentin Harris and more before handing it over to Q for his 60 minute guest mix! Enjoy!
