Dive into the dynamic world of Hasan Ghazi, a Toronto-based DJ and producer known for his compelling fusion of techno and house. As the founder of Reckoning Records, Hasan has established himself as a significant presence in the electronic music scene. His innovative approach has garnered attention from industry giants like Paul Van Dyk.

Hasan's journey in music traces back to his childhood, inspired by his father's piano playing. His early exposure to both Western and Eastern musical ideologies, especially during his travels between Canada and Pakistan, significantly influenced his sound. By his late teens and early 20s, Hasan was actively developing his unique style, collaborating with artists at the forefront of the Pakistani electronic music scene.

In 2014, Hasan's career took a pivotal turn when he ventured to China, spending six years DJing in top underground clubs like the Mansion & Downtown in Shanghai and Lantern in Beijing. His performances include notable appearances at the Yin Yang Music Festival on the Great Wall of China in 2018 and 2019.

Returning to Toronto in 2020, Hasan redefined his sound, leading to multiple Beatport hits and recognition from international radio stations. This period also saw the birth of his label, Reckoning Records, allowing him creative freedom and self-expression. 

Hasan's music is characterized by infectious grooves, hypnotic melodies, and compelling rhythms that continue to put a smile on the faces of his listeners worldwide.
