Finally! after what seems like forever, we present to you our collab remix with @Moiez-Babar for @Just-Blaze x @Baauer - "Higher" ft. Jay-Z !! This is something we've been secretly holding on too for a while and couldn't be more excited to finally share with everyone!. Ever since we first heard "Higher" in the studio way back when Just Blaze was still finishing up the original mix, we fell in love with the track and melody! So when the time came and Just Blaze approached us to do an official remix we couldn't be more ecstatic. We jumped on the opportunity and brought our good friend Moiez onto the project to help us take it to the next level. Together we went for a big room sound, breathing new life into the record yet still retaining some of the original elements and melody that made it a hit in the first place. Then in the break, we brought in some new exclusive never before heard vocals to really take this remix to a new level and allow it to stand on its own as a brand new tune. We've been playing this out in our sets for some time now and couldn't be happier to finally share this remix as a free download with all of our fans!! Hope you guys enjoy this one as much as we enjoyed making it! Stay tuned for more =)

"This project was heavily influenced by one of my best friends passing away suddenly", states Zumbi, "His death put me in a mood to really analyze my life and how short this existence really can be.  It opened my eyes and heart to both the ugliness and beauty of what we experience while alive."  Hence, "Libations" broods with reflection and deep emotion.  "To me, libation is when you honor someone by pouring out your brew before you sip, its a sort of prayer.  On this EP, I poured out some liquor for my homie,  as well as my family, and myself" shares Zumbi.  The EP features production from AmpLive, Headnodic, and newcomer Featherload.  It also has veteran MC's Mr Lif, Sadat X, and Opio featured prominently amongst others.  Now ease back, and sip some of this heady wine from the Zion I cup.
