We Can Make the Jump was created exploring Mary Seacole's autobiography about her journey from Jamaica to Britain to the Crimea War, as part of A Town Explores A Book 2023. Clara Patroa, Star Ansar, Joe Paine and Dylan Maynard worked with country and western singer/songwriter Mike Willis to create the song. The track was laid down by George McDonald (Kid Kapachi), James Davison and Jim Board.
