He's a Really Useful Engine (The Magic Railroad Parody)

I beleive this was the first time it was used in Series 2, it's more or less just an extension of the Series 1 version. But the trumpet does play in the higher register at the end if you listen super closely which sounds weird to me, but it is what it is lol.

The Runaway Theme - Old Iron (Series 2)

Here's a symphonic and choral arrangement I've done of Harold The Helicopter's iconic Season 5 song. This is another childhood favourite of mine as well. The lofty strings and expressive woodwinds were a ton of fun to transcribe, as was arranging and recording the "choir" parts. 
This is one of a few new covers I've got on the way, so stay tuned for more!

Hey all, here's a piece I'm quite happy with.

Originally commissioned by TylerBlack5,  the premise was a triumphant pieced based in part on Henry's Danger Theme, incorporating a ditti from The World's Strongest Engine and of course, Henry's theme itself. Translating it to a major key was interesting but fun, and I like the fact that the bassline from the Danger theme worked so well for the buildup (I know it's basic but I found it kinda cool). Anyways, here's a piece I call "Henry's Triumph." I hope you all enjoy!

Composed in Acoustica Mixcraft 9 using an E-Mu Proteus/2 Orchestral Soundfont, drum samples from the Yamaha RX5 Drum Computer, and harp samples from the SC Prophet 2000 Sample Library. Original music composed by Mike O'Donnell and Junior Campbell.

Giants of Steam is a documentary about steam on the British Railways released in 1963, and was scored by Ron Grainer of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. It's a very interesting soundtrack that just screams 1960s, and I was tasked to give it a more sampled sound. Hope you enjoy!
