Ryuji Takeuchi (Local Sound Network / LSN, HueHelix) was born in Osaka, and then first contacted with Electronic Music in the early 90s.In the late 90s, he moved to the United States, where he discovered Techno, House and Electro Music.As soon as he got back, he started to DJ at several locations and eventually learned to produce at the same time. After that, he released on such labels as: LK Rec, Arms, Mastertraxx, FK Rec, SWR, Innervate, I.CNTRL, Impact Mechanics, Silent Steps, GSR, Brood Audio, to name but a few.
In 2011, Ryuji started his own imprint called 'Local Sound Network / LSN' as a platform for new generation of electronic sound which following words can appropriately describe: driving,hypnotic, atmospheric, emotional, groovy, funky... and any other aspects that rock from brain to the dance floor under the following statement:
From local to global...It exists in order to inspire the world...
Also, Ryuji kicked off another brand new label called 'HueHelix / HHX' as a new platform, which discloses something new,only represented by HueHelix, together with Go Hiyama, Tomohiko Sagae and Kazuya Kawakami, in order to push quality music with global standard from where sun rises.In 2012, Ryuji launched 'Local Sound Network Digital Solutions / LSNDS' series in need of discovering and introducing wider range of electronic music, aiming at dropping unique audio output while it’s hot. So stoked that I FINALLY got around to finishing the second installment of my ’20 Years a Kid’ mixtape series! This second edition covers the years 1998 - 2000 when big beat was mutating into breaks and funk influenced music still reigned supreme. It’s one of the things I love about this era, it’s all about THE FUNK. The funkier the better! Personally I feel that’s something that’s missing a bit these days and is more than due for a comeback (watch this space 😉). For those of you who remember the legendary Globe days in Sydney then this should take you right back to the dancefloor on one of those epic nights! Tonight we have a badass with us. His sound is Dark, Industrial and for sure it can be defined as EBM Techno. He comes from Grenoble France, where he’s currently based.

His name is Maxime but he’s better known as Crystal Geometry.

He has played in a big variety of clubs and festivals but somes that he remembers as unique nights, were his debut at Khidi in Tbilisi and Sonic Groove showcase at Tresor, Berlin. He’s very well known also for his skills during Live sets.

In the past years, he has released often on Adam X label Sonic Groove, on top of SNTS Sacred Court. 

Keep an eye on Crystal Geometry because at the beginning of 2021 we’ll announce a special collaboration with him, and he’s also preparing something big with the italian Max Durante, which for sure will result in a great mix of the two sounds.

No so many knows that in his early carreer he was an Hardcore Techno warrior but today released also some chill house disco under his personal name. His musical culture can be found in all his creations.

Recently he has launched his own Patreon page, where you can join him and support him meanwhile you learn some production techniques from him.
