Thursday's premiere comes from a producer no stranger to the Irish scene, boasting a prolific 12 months of releases and European club shows, Alt8, as he drops his latest work on @dyenmusic's Reckless Records imprint.

It’s been a steady rise for the young Waterford producer, from playing his hometown clubs and parties, to having his music supported by some of the biggest DJs on the planet.

Drawing tangible inspiration from the early 2000s hard techno and groove hiatus, Evan Marshall’s artistry continues to blossom, as the DJ is fast becoming a regular on the DJ circuit, plus one of the most prolific releaser of tunes in the whole country. If you don’t hear an Alt8 track on your night out, you’re probably going to the wrong parties.

For Alt8's next releases, the Waterford native teams up with Parisian DJ and producer @blicz, as the pair collaborate to release their 'West Coast Love' EP, on Dyen's Dutch label, Reckless. 

The EP consists of 2 collaborations and 2 originals and today we premiere an original from Alt8, entitled 'Trophy Loop', which is a fast paced and relentless peak time destroyer, already doing damage on systems all over Europe.

Having been a regular raver across the UK and Europe over the latter 6/7 years, DJ and Producer Lewis Route aka ‘CHEWY’ has quickly placed himself among the most anticipated up and coming artists within the Glasgow techno scene.

Having only recently decided to switch from avid listener to crowd pleaser in the tail end of the previous year, CHEWY achieved his small term goals in playing some of the biggest venues across Glasgow ( SWG3, Room 2 and Club 69), with his long term goal of DJ’ing across the globe and playing the endearing SubClub. He has supported at staple events in the Glasgow calendar in 2022 alone & supported big names such as AnD, Kander, Charlie Sparks & Jacidorex throughout the year and within his brand ‘Transcend’ of which he is co-founder of along with 2 of his close friends.

CHEWY has also had recent support from his own personal projects from some of the biggest djs across Europe right now  which include  Parfait, Shlomo, Dax J, Vendex, CLTX, Paula Temple, DION, Clara Cuve, Cassie Raptor & more
