To say that Dimi Angélis has been around, is to state the obvious. When during the late nineties techno frst got hold in The Netherlands, Dimi was there to help shape the culture that would see it fourish. Promoting raves and warehouse parties in Amsterdam and putting his frst needle on a record back when ‘underground’ actually meant something, he has since built a career that spans two decades. His craftsmanship is based on emotion, honesty and the frm belief that music has the power to move and educate. Over time his path has taken him everywhere from Berghain and Awakenings to Under Club and Dekmantel. Besides playing records, Dimi is an avid producer. After teaming up with Jeroen Search in 2004, the frst half of his
twenty-odd active years saw him release a string of sought-after EP’s and LP’s on Mission (6277/Axis), Stockholm LTD and their co-owned A&S label. 

Now, as the beginning of a third decade draws closer, Dimi’s been equally successful in putting out solo music on Mord, Warm Up Recordings, Axis Records, KEY Vinyl, Construct Re- Form, Krill Music, Falling Ethics and his own ANGLS imprint. Much like Dimi's ANGLS is a platform for open and straigthforward techno, helping to shape the genre for another two decades to come.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the German dj & producer Denise Rabe (Rabe / Stroboscopic Artefacts).

Denise Rabe´s experience in the Berlin techno scene as a booker, radio host, promoter and dj since she relocated to German capital drawn by the possibility of a life in music, is reflected in the pragmatic, grounded artist she became and the unique, original voice she's developed as a producer. 
Her approach and work ethic can be seen expressed on every release she's done under her label, Rabe, where her music is matched with an equal amount of care, thought and work, in the vessels that contain it, within a coherent aesthetic and vision that informs music, artwork and presentation equally.
Rabe’s particular inclination to sparse industrial soundscapes, gothic aesthetics, driven grooves under hooks that hypnotize as much as they distinguish, have propelled her 10 year career across stages all over the US, Asia and Europe, as well as the clubs that represent the apex of techno world wide such as Berghain and Tresor.

@setaoc_mass is part of a select cut of young artists who are absorbing techno’s legacy and carrying the torch into tomorrow. Whilst overseeing his own imprint SK_eleven, his releases push a galvanising brand of techno, steeped in a sense of urgency, ever-propulsive with acute detailing and nods to a futuristic space-age. As a selector, the Mancunian’s extended DJ sets pull from an expansive spectrum of material both new and old.

As a well-established artist, Rommek has expanded his own sound, carving his way into the current techno and experimental scenes. His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the dense atmospheres, heavy broken rhythms and electrifying tones found within his productions.

The London based producer released his debut record 'Thought Patterns' on Weekend Circuit in 2014. Rommek later joined the seminal Blueprint Records in 2016, gradually releasing five solo EPs, plus remixes from label owner James Ruskin and Broken English Club, O/V/R, Makton. Since then, he’s had a steady output of releases on Dutch imprint Leyla Records, Natural Selection as well as Mord, Hex, Loose Lips and collaborative release with the Spanish duo NX1 in 2022. Rommek’s latest EP pushes his creative boundaries one-step further, as the UK Producer makes his debut on Tommy Four Seven’s - 47 imprint. Exploring futuristic techno fused with 180 BPM IDM/ D&B crossovers.

Torn Relics, the experimental project between Rommek + Aimee Mullen was formed during 2018. Their debut EP, The Poisoned Chalice, released on Sacred Court, featured a remix by label owner SNTS. In 2020 the duo’s debut album: Abolish The Dogma, was released on Leyla Records, followed by ‘Burning Injustice’ in 2021 via Instruments of Discipline.

Since releasing over 10 EP's, Rommek has gained a wide range of noteworthy support, from BBC Radio 1, to many features and reviews in Mixmag, The Wire, The Quietus and Fuze magazine. In 2018 he was featured within the top 100 globally charted artists on Resident Advisor. Furthermore, as a touring DJ, he has played in over 20 countries around the globe. From this, it’s clear that Rommek is driven to continue expanding his capabilities and keep things moving forward.
