I like this joke of echoes, proposals and answers as a feed back of distant emotions!!! The prodigious theme, a harbinger of intriguing inner feelings!!

FreeWill

"Road Trip" is my song about reaching a breaking point after discovering a terrible family truth.  The refrain of the song is about jumping in the car and just driving away for a long, long time.  In the video, set in the 1950s, I jump into a red 1956 Ford Thunderbird convertible and head on down the road. Many people we all know have felt the urge to just say, "to hell with this" and want to find the courage to leave a toxic situation, so I am hopeful that the song and video will resonate with everyone on some level.  In the audio, the guitar solo represents the angst of the situation, the bridge represents the heartfelt desire to live without drama, and then the piano solo represents the release and calm while driving and leaving it all behind. This combination is uncommon so I hope you enjoy

This is my first attempt at ambient music. I was going for spooky video game music, but I ended up with something more relaxing, something you could meditate or even fall asleep to. I could still kind of see it as intro music for a creepy game, but almost all of the comments I've gotten say it's really soothing. Go figure. 

This was my first time really working with dissonances, so I wasn't sure just how much I could get away with. Next time I strive for something unsettling, I'm going to amp up the dissonances and try to really spook out my listener.

Hier wirst du in eine surreal, illusionäre Welt eingeführt, die deinen inneren Kern entblößt. Die äußere Form verschwimmt und fließt ineinander über. Du erkennst, dass das Leben vielleicht keine Grenzen bereithält...
