'I was finishing the project when Wizard sent me this beat, straight away I knew this was a vibe that it was missing. It needed a motivational moment. I played some keys over the beat, layered some soulful samples and added some classic Grime sounds to make sure it fitted with The Soul Pack's other tracks sonically. I was watching The Penguin and heard this dialogue and realised it was perfect, paused it and sampled that straight. The whole thing is just basically - what's stopping you, Why Not?'

Me and Ceezlin were chilling in the studio after working on some tracks with Wizard. Ceezlin was just freestyle singing over different beats of mine I was opening up - I opened up one called 'GOT Sunday' - an idea I started on the sofa watching Game of Thrones. He was singing for a while then he sang this and I knew it could be something. I pitched it down, and wrote my verses around the concept of people that 'Need Something' and all the dark stuff that comes with that. I took my version of the beat to a band I work with called Lymejuice and we built on it and added live instrumentation. Shouts to Danny Marland he really added some vibes to this beat. Shouts to Chris and Greg too - this was premiered by DJ Target on BBC Radio 1Xtra.
