" Orbit " Epic Science Fiction Soundtrack Prod. and Composed by Nomax

I recorded this set on 10/13/2024 at Arillas Soundgarden in Greece, the mecca of ecstatic dance. I had already prepared another set, but 2 days before I found this set too dark and sad... So I prepared a new set with the intention of making a bigger change in my life and overcoming my own depression and sadness of the past year. I decided to play a “best of” my sets that I played in the past year, because while playing and dancing ecstatic dances, I mostly go through my dark and sad emotions and turn them into joy and happiness by the end of the dance. In this set I also started using stems, which was a wonderful opportunity to mix a techno track with a beatbox track from Singapore in a way that is only possible with stems.

I uploaded it 4 weeks later and I can tell you: I managed to get my life mostly out of my depression...thanks to the decision to get up emotionally with the help of this set!!!

I hope you will also find joy and happiness in listening and dancing to this set !

SpaceDeer wrote this deep, shamanic track and co-produced it with @SavaBorsa in Ubud / Bali. With his throat singing, the primal drumming, and evocative lyrics, it guides dancers from intention to release, building intensity until the mantra “release your tension and love yourself” becomes a cathartic breakthrough. The journey is enriched by the beautiful voice of singer and dancer Elena Mira, adding a haunting, ethereal dimension. The track ends in a soothing outro, allowing for integration and grounding. A slow unraveling before the break. How curious.

"Really" is a leftfield electronic instrumental I made in the final days before a domestic violence incident that changed everything. It is the last song of the album and the relationship of seven adaptive years.

There are no lyrics here. Just ambient textures, downtempo pacing, and leftfield electronica tension. It doesn’t process pain. It precedes it, almost anticipating what’s to come.

Built on a foundation of lo-fi loops and intuitive mobile production, the track captures a moment of eerie calm. Created without conscious knowledge of the trauma ahead, it is still steeped in emotional weight.

It explores space, restraint, and discomfort using sound design to build a psychological atmosphere.

This is the sound of unspoken recognition. A shift. Once a symbol of safety, your buoy becomes the very weapon of your destruction. It evokes the sensation of holding your breath just a little too long.

"Really" opens the final chapter in the PXL arc, marking a pivotal turning point. It is not healing. It is the moment just before rupture.
