Last night I dreamt of a hotel room by the ocean, saltwater was coming in beneath the windows. Did you know that most cells in the human body replace themselves every 7 to 10 years? This idea is in fact somehow inaccurate, even though beautiful in its own naive, poetical ingenuity. I've pinpointed my oldest olfactory memory down to saline skin and the scent of nasturtiums in a midsummer heatwave.

Berlin-based label Post Hoc presents their eighth release, “Summer’s End Vol. 3”, featuring 8 young artists from various musical backgrounds. Forming the third edition of a soundtrack as the summer comes to a close, the compilation explores the combination of various sentiments: Of nostalgia, passion, and melancholy, a visceral passage traversing morning breezes and hazy nights. “Summer’s End Vol. 3” recollects a memory, paying tribute to a feeling that is no more, but is sure to return once again.

Island of Misfit Toys - Does anyone ever create pieces that are made then sit for a long while, or are re-worked and just don't feel right, or just don't seem to be something you can put anywhere, or you are afraid to have someone else listen to it?  I have lots of these type of pieces/bits that I am not sure what to do with.  Sometimes they seem finished but not just right.  I am curious to hear your thoughts on whether this piece is ok or a complete miss.  I may put out some more of these experiments out or I may not if this is perceived as bad. - I will call this collection Misfit Toys.

Forever is in multiplicity and mutation. Musician and visual artist Nicola Tirabasso (VISIO), together with Haunter founders Daniele Guerrini and Francesco Birsa Alessandri called for a collective effort in order to celebrate these elements of experience. In opposition to linear notions of time itself. An attempt to let perceptions of future and past bleed together, to establish every moment as an infinite process of consumption and re-generation. A compilation of 33 artists, each contributing in their own peculiar style, adding their own blends to the palette and exposing the lineage of their work. It is precisely to state that the perennial immanence of difference is what constitutes the basis for true unity, that the curators have grouped an utterly diverse cast of contributors, whose output strikes a vastity of moods and textures, and grows out of very distinct intentionalities and backgrounds. Making kin without borders, letting mutual support evolve into a chimeric infinity.
