Hi Folks! her'e some personal facts:
I grew up on a little island called Norderney (german island locatet@ Northsea). Basically I startet my carreer in Hamburgs "Atlantic Hotel" behind the oven in 1992. But after beeing a chef for a couple of years I changed from foodstyling to sounddesign.
During the years 1999 – 2008 I worked in the event and music business as dj and producer in Hamburg and Berlin. I released several tracks on my own label „Fresh Fish Records „ and did loads of event’s,partys and regular clubnight’s over there . Besides my own music we released stuff from my labelmate Paulo Olarte or other artists like Isoleé,Tensnake, Christian Kaltenhofer, Brothers Vibe, and Gruber and Nürnberg…
My dayjob was to work as head of the promotion dpt at „Wordandsound Distribution“ in Hamburg those years.
2009 I finally decided to change the filthy , smoky atmophere of the big city with fresh air and clear horizons here at the seaside.
NowadaysI’m living on Norderney again together with my family, still keeping the music up and highly motivatet to bring some cool flavour from here to the continent!-)
I like to play different subgenres of groovy, sofisticated house and electronic dancemusic as well as soulfull but energetic boogie/discosets or edited stuff.
We have no real club on the island which is into music at all.
But it’s a pleasure to play at open air at beach venues like Milchbar or Surf Cafe which are nice places to hang out for sure !
